Migrating to WordPress? Consider

Ok, so here’s a scenario: You’ve got a small business website already set up. You’re getting visitors. You’re happy for the most part.

You’d like to switch over to WordPress for the ease of use. What do you do? Do you:

  1. Start your website from scratch, re-writing all the posts/pages/etc.?
    or do you
  2. Migrate your Joomla or Drupal website to WordPress?

If you don’t know anything about what I just said, you should probably read up on the different content management systems first :)

However, if you’re wanting to switch over to WordPress from a different CMS, there’s a website called CMS2CMS that actually does all the heavy lifting, Check them out here.

CMS2CMS Review

I’ve personally never used them, but there are some positive reviews out there, such as THIS ONE that praise CMS2CMS for their ease of use.

So, sorry for the short post, but check them out, this might be just the tool you’ve been waiting for, to transfer your Joomla or Drupal website to WordPress.

Thank you for reading.

This post (and account is from the older (archived) version of By older, I mean the time back when this was a simple(r) blog without the courses and forum. I've decided to keep all the old posts simply because there is still good content in them. Having said that, I will be going through and editing some of the old posts to update them and bring them into the V2 blog. If you're seeing this message at the bottom of the post, it means that I haven't updated this post yet. Message Written on 10/1/13
